At Seven Seas Aquariums we are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, let us know and you can return it within 30 days of the receipt of purchase - no hassle, and no questions asked! (Customer is responsible for return shipping) To return an item just call our customer service at 801-691-3898 to receive an RMA number. When returning your order, please include a copy of your original invoice, and a note explaining why you decided to return our product so we can improve our service.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is returned as a result of our error (wrong item sent, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD.
Items returned that are missing parts or accessories, are damaged or used may incur a restocking fee.
What if I received my item broken or was shipped the wrong item?
If you receive your item and it is damaged or you were shipped the wrong item you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item in order to have the item exchanged or refunded. If you are giving the item as a gift, please open and inspect it to make sure there is no damage. We gaurantee our products & service, and if you receive your order and it is damaged, or defects occur during use of the product that are covered under the product’s warranty, your purchase will be refunded or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty through the manufacturer.
All returns require proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number or in packaging other than original packaging are not guaranteed to be processed, may incur a restocking fee, and may be refused. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our Customer Service (801) 691-3898.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items.
STEPS TO REMEMBER
1. Immediately open and inspect your order to make sure that it is in good condition (If your order is received broken you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to be reimbursed).
2. If your products are broken call us immediately at 801-691-3898.
3. Write down details and condition of the package, such as the following items:
-Condition and appearance of the shipping box
-Description about how the order was wrapped in padding or bubble wrap.
-Where and how the product was broken
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
